At Urban Company, we’re always working hard to create the best experiences with our services, appliances, and products. Here’s an exciting change we made to our Salon Luxe pedicure service.
We noticed that deeper pedicure tubs provide a more satisfying experience than shallow ones. Customers say a deeper tub covers more area, and the warm water feels great when it covers the heels and above. I personally feel that the higher the tub, the less I have to worry about spilling water.
Our current pedicure tub is fairly shallow because our partners need to carry them in their backpacks.
The New Pedicure Tub
We made the tub a quarter foot taller.
To accommodate the height, we made the tub collapsible. Sukeerti Kundra, our Entrepreneur in Residence, spent a lot of time finding samples that were sturdy and wouldn’t collapse during service.
We added several other features to the new tub, but that’s a story for another blog. Experience the new & improved pedicure tubs for a more relaxing and enjoyable service! These tubs will be available for every Salon Luxe pedicures.
