At Urban Company, we are dedicated to designing the best experiences through our services, appliances, and products. Here’s a significant improvement we've made to our Salon Luxe pedicure service.
During our observations of pedicure services, we noticed that a typical pedicure involves two parts. The first part includes soaking the feet in a tub, while the second part involves scrubbing, massaging, and applying a mask after draining the water from the tub.
In most salons, customers are either asked to rest their legs on the beautician's lap or balance them on the side of the tub during the second part of the service. We knew we could do better.
The new pedicure tub
We introduced a cover for the tub, providing extra weight support. This allows customers to comfortably rest their feet on top of the tub during the second part of the service. The cover is designed to be rugged, preventing the customer's foot from slipping during the process.
All our Salon Luxe pedicures will now feature this new and improved pedicure tub. Customers in Koramangala and Indiranagar can already experience this upgrade.
